I believe effective tutoring is about guiding students to think independently rather than just providing answers. My approach combines conceptual clarity with application-based learning — I focus on helping students understand the “why” behind every concept so they can apply it confidently in different contexts. I adapt my teaching style to each student’s pace and learning preference, using examples, discussions, and real-world connections to make the material engaging and relatable. Most importantly, I aim to create a comfortable environment where students feel encouraged to ask questions and enjoy the process of learning.

I chose teaching because I genuinely enjoy helping others learn and grow. There’s something deeply rewarding about seeing a student grasp a concept or gain confidence in a subject they once found difficult. Teaching also keeps me constantly learning — every class, every question challenges me to think in new ways. Beyond academics, I value the chance to inspire curiosity, critical thinking, and a love for lifelong learning in my students.

My achievements from teaching is when I taught a few WBCS students for a few years. To help them with their journey of preparing for an exam which can be incredibly frustrating but also it was rewarding to see them emerge victorious through their determination. Alongside this I think I helped quite a few students of secondary and higher secondary level to effectively overcome their fear of subjects like History or Geography which they thought was only about cramming information but I was able to change that outlook.

I completed Graduation from Gurudas College under Calcutta University in Journalism and Mass Communication and also
Qualified Post Graduation from Calcutta University Main Campus in Journalism and Mass Communication and came first in all over West Bengal. I worked as a guest lecturer in Gurudas College for some times and was a professor at Swami Vivekanand University for a while. I use to give tutions for bengali medium schools. This will be appropriate for me.

I had averagely 20-25 students over the past years. I used to teach Wb bengali, WB english, CBSC board students. They are doing very well in their field of education right now cause i helped them to build a strong base.

Teaching approach: Basic book is the God and I prefer the tradition to any other filmy trics. Students are guided and evaluated on regular interval. With proper teaching method, they are helped to enhance their analytical ability.
