    DEFINITION CLAUSE
  • User: all registered and unregistered visitor of our website who accept our terms & conditions
  • Member: A user who register on our website. It includes tutor, institute, student, parent, student’s guardian
  • Tutor: A member who enlists their business profile on our website, and sells their tuition services for different academic and non-academic courses. ( any coaching or institute providing tuition services at their place will be nominated as “ tutor”)
  • Student: A member who registers with an aim to buy the tuition services being sold by a tutor for different academic and non-academic courses. A parent or legal guardian, who accepted our terms of use, will be represented as “student” if 1. The student is minor, or 2. Taking a decision on behalf of the student
  • Content : all texts, images, videos, graphics, software, audio, pdf, documents or any other material uploaded/posted by any user for ,including but not limited to , member registration, education documents, verification documents, profile image, audio and video, reviews, feedback, buy or sell request of services, comments, articles, test papers.

  1. The website www.tuitioncorner.in maintained and operated by TUINER EDUTECH PRIVATE LIMITED under its brand name TUITION CORNER. TUITION CORNER hereinafter referred to as (“OUR”, “US”, “WE”) and user hereinafter referred to as (“You”, “Your “ ).
  2. TUITION CORNER is an online platform aggregator to provide a business listing of tutoring services for different academic and non-academic courses.

  11. Tutor (including institute/coaching) register to create the business profile to promote their business, also to sell tutoring services to the student using our platform.
  12. Student register to place a request (online/offline form) to buy tutoring services from a tutor.
  13. All users can upload content (for member registration, comment, review, blog, articles, test paper, pdf, images, videos, documents etc…) on the website.
  14. We do not take any decision /choices; rather help/suggest our members to find a better matching member with the help of information uploaded/posted by a member on the website.
  15. 15. We do not control/screen/review/authenticate for the quality, accuracy/legality/safety of any user, user’s service, the user’s uploaded content. Any background check done by TUITION CORNER is not exhaustive and for our self use only.
  16. It's user own decision to register/upload content/hire/ select matched members using of our website services.
  17. Final decision to choose/hire the matched members to buy, sell, procurement of the tutoring services taken by the members only.
  18. Before any final decision, members are fully responsible to work out all type of research/verification/complying with any applicable law, regulation /restriction for quality/accuracy/legality/safety of matching the members, member’s content, and member’s services.
  19. If any dispute arises between users, only involved users are responsible to resolve the issue.
    20. MEMBER REGISTRATION: ELIGIBILITY AND CONDUCT
  20. The use of our website its service available to the users who can bind legal binding contracts under Indian contract act, 1872. So, to use our website, website service its mandatory to satisfy the following terms
    1. the user must be at least 18 years old, or
    2. If the user is minor (below the age of 18 years) can use under the supervision of a minor‘s legal parent/guardian who accept our terms& condition. Or,
    3. A parent or legal guardian of a minor can use on behalf of the minor.

  22. If tuition corner found any user’s account suspicious, inaccurate, false, or incomplete. Then we reserve right to accept or reject to any registration at its own discretion.

  23. The user can upload content to express themselves our various services and forums (in the form of a profile, blogs, comments, reviews, and photographs etc.) of tuition corner.
  24. USER/INDIVIDUAL AGREES AND ACKNOWLEDGES THE TERMS BELOW
    1. The user can upload content of self-creation only. A user owns the copyright unless the copyright is not assigned to somebody else.
    2. The user can upload content which does not violet the copyright, law, trademark, patent, intellectual right of an individual or entity.
    3. We are not responsible or liable if visitors of our website does any violation or infringement of copyright of an individual by reusing, publishing, distributing or by any other means, without content owner’s permission.
    4. All the content on our website uploaded/posted by any user or visitors is the permanent part of tuitioncorner record/archives.
    5. We reserve the right and user grant us the right to organize, categorize, print, publish, remove, assemble, translate, distribute all the uploaded content (except as described in tuition corner privacy policy) as per our suitability in the website of our business related work.
    6. There is not any type of compensation (including monetary, royalty or any other type) to the users for uploaded content.

    3. Act or promote any type illegal activities

    28. OUR SERVICE CHARGE/PLATFORM FEE
  28. TuitionCorner has zero charges for his major services like tutor registration & a free website for the tutor profile. But When we create a tutoring business (students lead) & generate revenue for tutors, then only we take our service charge from the revenue generated.We take the full one-month tuition fee as our service charge for each fixed tuition assignment allotted by TuitionCorner.
    29. MODIFICATION AND TERMINATION OF WEBSITE
  29. We “in our sole discretion, reserve the right to discontinue/ deactivate whole section or any section of our website or website services or any other related features to a user or all user with or without notice.
  30. We “in our sole discretion, reserve the right to withdraw or modify a whole section or any section of our business model or method or services or any other related features with or without notice.
    31. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
