Scoped verification
Contact, identity, qualification, document and listing reviews are managed separately and shown only when applicable.
Clear cost boundaries
Ordinary marketplace registration, requirement posting, matching and support are free for families. Tuition fees, any paid Demo and any facilitated payment route are agreed or disclosed for the specific tuition.
Separate Teacher charges
A Teacher may owe an assignment service charge when a tuition starts. Optional Teacher programmes have their own price, eligibility and terms and do not replace that charge.
Support and resolution
Trackable support routes cover ordinary questions, safety, privacy, payments and formal grievance escalation.
