ith application-based learning — I focus on helping students understand the “why” behind every concept so they can apply it confidently in different contexts. I adapt my teaching style to each student’s pace and learning preference, using examples, discussions, and real-world connections to make the material engaging and relatable. Most importantly, I aim to create a comfortable environment where students feel encouraged to ask questions and enjoy the process of learning.

I chose teaching because I genuinely enjoy helping others learn and grow. There’s something deeply rewarding about seeing a student grasp a concept or gain confidence in a subject they once found difficult. Teaching also keeps me constantly learning — every class, every question challenges me to think in new ways. Beyond academics, I value the chance to inspire curiosity, critical thinking, and a love for lifelong learning in my students.

My achievements from teaching is when I taught a few WBCS students for a few years. To help them with their journey of preparing for an exam which can be incredibly frustrating but also it was rewarding to see them emerge victorious through their determination. Alongside this I think I helped quite a few students of secondary and higher secondary level to effectively overcome their fear of subjects like History or Geography which they thought was only about cramming information but I was able to change that outlook.

Schooling and boards- South Point, DPS Ruby Park, Sri Sri Academy, Patha Bhavan, National High School and Modern High. Covered all boards from West Bengal, CBSC to ICSE as well.
