Is paying a Teacher directly considered bypass?

Not when direct payment is allowed, disclosed and recorded. Intentional concealment to avoid an accepted obligation is bypass.
Follow the Assignment Snapshot and tell TuitionCorner when the payment route changes. If intentional circumvention is confirmed, accounts and assignments may be restricted or closed. TuitionCorner may seek INR 10,000 or proven actual direct loss, whichever is higher, only with evidence and subject to applicable law or a competent determination; it is not an automatic debit.
