Why may TuitionCorner collect the first month or first two month-end payments?

TuitionCorner may collect these amounts on the Teacher's behalf while the Teacher's accepted marketplace Service Charge is recovered.

Under an advance arrangement, TuitionCorner ordinarily collects the first month's amount; later payments may go directly to the Teacher after the route is recorded. Under a month-end arrangement, TuitionCorner ordinarily collects the first two monthly amounts. Payment through the official route discharges the family's obligation for the cleared amount collected.
