I aim to run my tuition in support of the progression of my students through their subject syllabus, but I am also willing to progress more slowly and focus on particularly weak areas if the student so desires. I will also offer pre-exam revision sessions for all exams including modular resits and conduct end of topic tests and mock exams should the student desire.
As I aim to tailor my tuition to the individual I expect students to maintain regular contact in regards to their subject progressions and their individual needs. I expect students to arrive at tuition sessions with a clear idea of what it is they hope to get from the sessions.
I will provide each student with a progress log and detailed feedback on how they are performing and areas where they need to improve, I may also set work for my students to complete outside of sessions and for this set work I will offer a marking service.
I am happy to meet with the parents or guardians of my students prior to the commencement of tuition in order to ascertain what they wish their child to gain from tuition. About teaching expand_more
Teaching approach: I think teaching is a very religious job. This jobs motivates me to share my knowledge with my students and they will share that knowledge with their students in future. I explain each and every topic to my students. I am also ready to repeat a topic as many times needed. I ask my students to prepare answers to the questions I provide them on a particular topic. I check those answers and rectify their mistakes. This helps a lot during examination beacause there are less possibilities to forget self-made answers and if at all they forgets, they know to structure of their answers. This helps them to come out of that tough situation. This experiment is tried and tested and has given me amazing results.
Why I teach: I have chosen teaching because I feel this job to be extremely sophisticated and prime. If I can help someone simply by sharing my knowledge, then, why not? My entire family is also into teaching profession. I have learnt a lot from them and maybe I have inculcated the interest for teaching from them.

About teaching expand_more
Teaching approach: I believe that every student is unique, and a classroom should be an environment which enables each student to understand their strengths and reach their highest potential. By providing students with a safe environment in which they are free to express themselves, we give them a key to unlock their true potential. My teaching philosophy is to include such methods & techniques in our curriculum that help students to express themselves and find their true calling.
Why I teach: My choice of teaching as a career was not made lightly; rather, it was the culmination of a process of reflection about what I wanted to do with my life and my education. The great teachers I have had throughout my education are my heroes and my role models. I began to understand more fully in high school and throughout my time as a college student that great teachers had skills I wanted to learn. I wanted to excel at the things in which they excelled, but I also experienced teachers who were not effective, and they too taught me something. From them I learned what I would not do or even try when I would someday become a teacher. I fully realised that to be a teacher is truly a calling of not just the mind, but the heart as well. I have chosen education as a career because I believe that education is perhaps the most important function performed in our culture, or for that matter, any culture. I believe that teachers individually and collectively can not only change the world, but improve it, and in the process find personal and professional renewal. I want to be part of this noble profession, and someday to be counted among those in whom future pre-service teachers found inspiration.
Teaching journey: I've been teaching for 4 years. It has provided ample preparation for teaching and developed a diverse range of skills. I've worked with students of different age group and backgrounds. I would like to utilise my skills and experience as well as my passion for teaching and educate young minds.
Student progress: I have taught 2 students of Modern Academy for 2 years and 1 student of BD Memorial for 4 years. I've also tutored 4-5 students of CBSE affiliated schools. They've all passed their exams with good grades.
Teaching approach: I have nothing special, i am friendly with my students. I can't shout at them because i think if I shout to them they will not listen my words,so i behave friendly with them. But when i need to be strict I behave with them strictly. I'm not a perfect teacher but I'm trying my best.
Why I teach: My mother is a Professor. She is my inspiration from my childhood. I'm learning many things from my mother everyday. She is a Professor of Political science. So i can discuss any matters related to this subject with her any time. Except this she has so much knowledge also.
Teaching journey: In my 5years of teaching life I achieved so many things from my students. Some are very good, some are not so good. But it is a sweet journey.
Student progress: I have taught one student of DPS megacity ICSE board. He reads in class 4. He got 90% marks in each and every exam. I have taught one student of La Martinere Girl's ICSE board. She reads in class 7 she got 70-80% marks in her exams.
Teaching approach: I can teach physics very well. Because I do quite a few application along with theory and also take exam time to time. In thr last year I increase my domain as a tutor by performing more and more application in the class.
Why I teach: Because it helps me to gain knowledge. It is quite good that you get paid for your passion. Isn't it?
