Teaching approach: Understanding that every child is unique and deserves tailored nurturing is very essential. Most of us fail to understand this and then blame them for not being able to understand their lessons. This results in lack of interest in studies and many other complexities among the students. All this because we, as teachers, couldn't generate interest in their minds or simply forced our teaching methods upon them. A slight gain of perspective can change the way we all look at things. I keep this theory of mine in my mind when I take a class.

Why I teach: I'm into teaching since 5 years now, and I plan to do it as long as I can. Teaching is something meaningful for me. I'm a graduate and I'll probably do my MBA next year, but working in the corporate world was never my aim. The satisfaction I get after I teach something new to a kid, or anyone, be it my friend or my colleague; I feel enlightened. It boosts my confidence and I feel people love being taught by me too.

Teaching journey: A teacher's achievements lie in the achievements of his students. And I was blessed to get such wonderful students who never disappointed me. As far as my teaching journey is concerned, it has been an enlightening experience, as it has made me realise that there are very few jobs in this world where you can actually make a difference. Others are just ways to earn bread. I would like to continue teaching in the hope that I would make a difference some day.

Teaching approach: As a physics graduate(masters 3rd semester) i studied from a very elementary point of view. I tried to understand the logic that has been taught to me. I would like to do the same as a teacher because going through the basic ideas are most important in learning physics. Information canbe forgotten, ideas are not.

Why I teach: I always wanted to share my knowledge,as i did with my friends. Moreover, as a wouod be phD student it is very important to cram the basics again. There is no other better way of doing it than explaining to a fresh energetic student.

Why I teach: I want to become a teacher so that I can make a real difference in children's lives. I take the task of developing young people into kind, thoughtful and contributing adults very seriously. I have always been so grateful to my teachers and the educational system for making me the person that I am today
