le to understand their lessons. This results in lack of interest in studies and many other complexities among the students. All this because we, as teachers, couldn't generate interest in their minds or simply forced our teaching methods upon them. A slight gain of perspective can change the way we all look at things. I keep this theory of mine in my mind when I take a class.

Why I teach: I'm into teaching since 5 years now, and I plan to do it as long as I can. Teaching is something meaningful for me. I'm a graduate and I'll probably do my MBA next year, but working in the corporate world was never my aim. The satisfaction I get after I teach something new to a kid, or anyone, be it my friend or my colleague; I feel enlightened. It boosts my confidence and I feel people love being taught by me too.

Teaching journey: A teacher's achievements lie in the achievements of his students. And I was blessed to get such wonderful students who never disappointed me. As far as my teaching journey is concerned, it has been an enlightening experience, as it has made me realise that there are very few jobs in this world where you can actually make a difference. Others are just ways to earn bread. I would like to continue teaching in the hope that I would make a difference some day.

Student progress: I have taught two students of class 9 and one student of class 10 of Vaishno Devi Academy and all three of them passed their examination. I have taught 1 kid of Jharnadhara Of class 2 and and 3 other kids of Purwanchal Vidyamandir of class 5. One kid of class 7 of heritage. All my students have passed their examinations with good scores.
