Student progress: I have taught 7 students (all total) and currently I teach 4 students. They are persuing under West Bengal Board. They used to get poor grades and after learning the concepts from me they scored much higher than what they used to get as marks.
My aim as a tutor is to create in my students a deep understanding and confidence in answering exam questions and being able to tackle new and unfamiliar problems. My philosophy is based on the idea that learning happens in an environment of mutual respect in which the student is encouraged to think and make new connections for themselves. My experience has been that one-to-one personal tuition has a unique value to students because of the ability to resolve the students’ personal barriers to learning in a way that lays the foundations for a deep and lasting understanding of the subject.

Teaching approach: Ambivert personality, flexible with any situation at any time. Love to spend time with kids, it actually boosts the unlearning and relearning methodology! A teacher always need to empathise with the students.
Why I teach: As I've mentioned earlier that I love to spend time with the children, it actually helps to know about the self within in a very positive and better way. Children's are the one from whom we can learn so many new thing.
Teaching journey: I can make a child smile from inside and according to me that's my biggest achievement.
Student progress: I have taught 30students from boards like ICSC, CBSC, WBSE as I'm teaching students in full time. Over the years what I understood that it's very easy to teach someone or some student but its very difficult to learn, as I mainly teach special children I know how it feels like.so I tried to make them smile as much as possible. For me they are the reasons which inspires me to make a better version of myself every moment.
Teaching approach: I'll teach the students in most basic way (e.g with reliable example or detailed explanation) so that the students can understand their lesson properly.
Why I teach: A good teacher is a boon to the students. I'm into the teaching as I want to share all my knowledge & experience which I've learned early, among the students in most easy way so that the students can enjoy their student life.
Teaching journey: It is always a great feeling when I see that my students successfully reached their goal.
Student progress: I've taught 8-10 students of DAV PUBLIC(CBSE) & 20-30 students of BANKURA ZILLA SCHOOL& BANKURA Christian Collegiate school(WB BOARD). All of my student passed with minimum 90%marks and 2 of them are selected for iit.
Teaching approach: eventually in my 6 months teaching experience I have learnt that not every children or student have same kind of brain one student can understand a think very quickly another one just tries to understand or match the equality of that student for that if he/she don't get my point literally they act like they understand that , but I can read there face , that they don't get it so I try to put my best try hard and make the thing as simple as I can so that they could understand what I want to say not just they anyone can understand what I want to what i trying to telling them they can easily get it .
I'm very high level of patience
I'm a Lerner I teach new students to teach them what I know as well as I love to know if they knows some thing what I don't .
Why I teach: I am that kind of person that tries to spread education , knowledge what what I had gain what I had knowledge about any subject in any specific object I want that everyone in our future generation they also have to know the things what I have learnt in my whole academic year
I believe in that humans are the most intelligent animals because of they have knowledge I want to continue the flow of knowledge that I am here to teach some students
Teaching journey: Honestly I have just 6 months of teaching experience .
When I'm studying in class 12 I've started to teach some students of class 8 and 9 . Then one more student joins in he was in class 5 . So I try to put my best efforts on them . But I can't continue to teaching them because of my exam pressure . So I desired to close the tution .
But before closing i provide all the necessary information and study meterial to them . For that they can do best in exam and when ever they got stuck in any problem or can't understand any thing I'm alwase there for them
Because I have a bad habit to help the needed once
