fter completing a chapter or two. I always set the pass marks much higher than usual just to ensure that they are studying the whole syllabus rather than clusters from chapters. I'm maintain a healthy and friendly attitude towards my students but am very much strict when it comes to learning.
Why I teach: Teaching someone to me is to make them value the knowledge. I respect my opinion and that's why I'm into this teaching profession.
Teaching journey: I consider my achievements in terms of the knowledge that my students could acquire from their surroundings and me.
My teaching journey was all smooth. I used to teach 1 student at first and then slowly their friends also started coming by seeing their increasing performance.
Student progress: I have taught 7 students (all total) and currently I teach 4 students. They are persuing under West Bengal Board. They used to get poor grades and after learning the concepts from me they scored much higher than what they used to get as marks.
