Teaching approach: my approach is adapting with the need of the student. i believe in innovating and implementing customised method to facilitate teaching learning. the first thing that i take into account is the need of the student,his/her goals and expectetions. then comes his strength and weakness. all these variables are important to plan a teaching learning method conducive for him/her.

Why I teach: Teaching in a simple and interesting way so that the students can feel interested in the subject and can communicate with me freely with any doubt of the subject...

Teaching journey: Not much but I think I learned a lot by teaching

Student progress: I have taught more then 12 to 13 students

Teaching approach: I don't believe in notes and galloping things unknowingly. As we all know,old is gold ,so I prefer teaching on whiteboard.
Teaching from theoretical aspect is a different thing,but with that I have the practical knowledge of microbiology, biophysics, molecular biology, immunology, bioinformatics and zoology. So I can make the student aware of every topic from both practical and theoretical angle.

Why I teach: From my school days, i was good in explaining topics to my friends.so ,from that time,my only goal was to become a teacher.
When I was in my secondary and higher secondary standards, I always felt that if the teacher is not practically aware of the things, which he teaches,then after getting into higher educations, the student will not be able to connect things quickly.
So,after getting the experience, i truly believe that I will surely give the student the actual taste of the subject,the knowledge to succeed, the knowledge to move ahead of others.

Teaching journey: I taught in my district ,Dakshin Dinajpur for 2 years in the lockdown period.
I taught 1 student of both class 11 and 12 respectively.
Currently I am teaching students of class 9-10-11 in quadrant coaching centre

Student progress: Total 12
Wb board 2
Both of them passed out from West Bengal board of higher secondary education
They got very good academic marks in the final exam.
One of them got chance in paramedical.
Others are from cbse board
They got good academic marks in every exam

Teaching approach: As a student i can feel the problems of every students and I can promise that I can teach students in very profecient manner so that they can learn very well each and every thing in proper manner.

Why I teach: I love learning and bening in learning environment. Teaching is not my profession but, although i love teaching.

Teaching approach: Connect with the students. Understanding their standard and provide according to them. To solve the problem which they are facing in studies. The smartest method to solve any problem.

Why I teach: I love to teach. I am very passionate about teaching. Putting good values into them. Motivate them to achieve something into life.

Teaching journey: Good values in the students.

Teaching approach: I teach problem sums and other topics by drawing figures ,plus doing activities with them explaining how actually the things work , explaining the topics in a interesting way

Teaching approach: I always focus on the student's needs. His or her areas of improvement is what I mostly focus on. if any student (mostly the toddlers) are sometimes reluctant to study so I first try to build a very good rapport with them,become friends and then gradually shift to the course content.

Why I teach: Teaching is my dream job and I am very passionate about teaching. I always love being round kids, solve their queries and feel happy if any child learns something from me new everyday.

Teaching journey: i have been into teaching for 8 to 10 years and my students scoring good

Teaching approach: As a teacher i believe it's easier for the student to learn if we show them how to do it. Along with it, i make some deliberate mistake so that student can identify it, gives them a sense of learning last but not the least supporting them with feedback.

Why I teach: Its a great learning technique, even after all this year there is so much we can learn from our students and share our experiences of teaching to them. Its a huge motivator.

Teaching journey: I started teaching back from 2018, I first used to be a teacher of a girl who was in class 7. To her i was like a friend, even though I stopped teaching her in class 9. But this year when she passed class 10 she called me and said she passed. I believe it's a biggest achievement one can get, remembrance.

Student progress: I have taught 4-5 students belonging from maheswari girls and Scottish Church and st. Joseph. Each of them either got ranked or passed with flying numbers.

Teaching approach: I can get along with all type of students. They enjoy my company and I enjoy theirs too. My father is a teacher by profession. He is my biggest inspiration. I aspire to inspire new generations of young talents.

Why I teach: I love children. They are blank slates by birth. I love to inculcate deep concentration, great patience, quickness of judgement and perfect self-control in them. Teaching also provides me the opportunity for self-improvement. I get to learn so many things from the students too.

Teaching journey: I have taught one boy from Grade 6 till Grade 11 and one girl till Grade 12. Students never forget a good teacher.

Student progress: I have taught students of Navodaya Vidyalaya and K.E. Carmel School. All have got above 80% marks. I am very happy for all of them.

Teaching approach: Believe in making points and objectives clear , with completing the course on time unlike only covering the whole syllabus without giving enough time to the student. Use Unique methodology where time intervals are divided into introduction, main content and summary to complete a whole topic efficiently within stipulated time.

Why I teach: As the best people of any society are those who teach and are being taught. I want to frame the society through education and the students who shall be well educated. It's the best route to get ample time to design the youths of the nation.

Teaching journey: Came across a variety of students where some were excellent and brilliant students as well as some were slow learners but made a motto for all of them that too in a single word i.e "Hardwork".
And atlast found it effective in them only.

Student progress: Taught various students from dps Ruby park, orchid international school, New town school, St. Francis academy , Kendriya vidyalaya, La martiniere and Army public school

Teaching approach: First, I remove the student from the current situation and ask their reason for misbehaving. Listening to the reason can help me understand the context and guide the advice that can direct them toward more appropriate behavior.

Why I teach: I like to teach students and guide them, and students realized that i am a friend for his / her. Hence they share their problem and i solved it's easily

I teach with love and care, a bit strict if needed. I repeat the same topic until the student understands. I usually focus on exam-style or past paper questions in order to check, practice and perfect the student’s understanding and technique.

I love teaching and beside my studies, this is a way to gather experience. I was a latecomer to the teaching profession, and have never had a job I enjoyed as much or received as much satisfaction from.

I taught a student who used to get marks lower than average, he now comes in top 10.

Teaching approach: I would like to become friendly with them and teach them in a very unique way so that they don't become bored from it and learn it in a very interesting way

Why I teach: I want to inculcate all the teachings which I've received from my teachers till date into the students. Also, I want to gain confidence and become independent
