learning. the first thing that i take into account is the need of the student,his/her goals and expectetions. then comes his strength and weakness. all these variables are important to plan a teaching learning method conducive for him/her.
Why I teach: Teaching in a simple and interesting way so that the students can feel interested in the subject and can communicate with me freely with any doubt of the subject...
