Teaching approach: I go for thorough chapter explanation and learning with in depth questions from within the chapter as well as discussion and revision tests often. I also like to work on material a little above the current level for a better understanding as well as external topic discussions at times to increase their understanding of the working of the society.

Why I teach: I am currently pursuing Master's and hoping to get into research and teaching. My ultimate goal is to be a professor and what better learning as a teacher than in hannd experience.

Teaching journey: I have been teaching for the past 4 years and have always worked for the benefit for my students. I have seen student blossim to their fullest capabilities. I have been removrd from my posts twice because the student is unwilling to work. But it has never deterred from my goal. I have built very good relations with my students and their families.

Student progress: I have taught 7-8 students throughout the 4years. They have excelled exceptionally in their course scoring a good 90%. Students were from St Xavier's, Birla high, Calcutta boys etc

Student Centered Approach to Learning is my process. I motivate students by there needs. I set regular homework and writing assignments – the quantity varying with how much time the student has – and give feedback the following session.
