Teaching approach: Goal-oriented and student centered , focused on conceptual development especially the subject's knowledge and interest. My focus is to make students understand their own mistakes , their own problems , by which they can rectify their own problems, find solutions in examination , and get a better score. I never discriminate students on the basis of marks , my special focus is only for students having better understanding and to make them feel confident about the subject , and simultaneously maintaining their development in marksheets

Why I teach: Motivation is really for teaching science due to increasing scientific interests among students , what I felt in my academics, want to approach those problems in today's students and help them make better career; and in another way teaching a student is teaching myself , making myself nearer to the scientific concepts

Teaching journey: Achievements are especially having student who qualified NEET, and scored more than 90% , though I believe marks can't decide student's future , low scoring student's are my challenge and to make them score better , understand the subject much better.

Student progress: I have taught many students 7-12 classes , where majority of them got more than 80% , belongs to ICSE and CBSE boards , two of them was from WB board .And in higher classes I have taught many boards along with NEET , 4 of my students among 7 students whom I taught NEET - biology , cleared NEET , and pursuing MBBS, other 3 students are enrolled in research career.

Since I come from a practical, engineering-based background and also lead and represent in academic spaces like the IIM KNU Student Chapter, I often blend academic depth with industry relevance.

I also try to make the learning interactive — quizzes, visual aids, storytelling, or even using tech tools when needed. The goal is simple: the student should not just memorize — they should understand, apply, and retain.

I'm in teaching because I genuinely enjoy helping others grow. Over time, I’ve realized that knowledge only becomes powerful when it's shared. Coming from a background in engineering and being active in organizations like the IIM KNU Student Chapter, I've had many chances to guide peers, juniors, and teammates — and that naturally built my interest in teaching.

At the end of the day, being in a teaching role allows me to give back, inspire confidence in others, and create a ripple effect of learning. That’s something I genuinely value.

My teaching journey started quite informally — helping friends and classmates with concepts during engineering. Over time, it became something I was known for: breaking down tough topics in simple, relatable ways. That grew into something bigger when I got involved as the Student Representative of the IIM KNU Student Chapter, where I wasn’t just learning but also mentoring juniors and helping organize academic sessions, workshops, and seminars.

On the technical side, I’ve built a strong foundation in Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) and have guided peers through practicals, safety audits, and real-time industry scenarios. I’ve helped others prepare for interviews, certifications, and hands-on job roles — especially in plant and field-based industries. I've also learned to translate textbook theory into practical knowledge people can actually use on site.

Teaching approach: I tend to make befriend my students and teach them with real-life examples and problems to help them better understand the topic. I've seen conventional teaching have started becoming boring with the new age of technology coming in since we cannot offer digital boards or similar interactions with them it's better to teach them in their own world

Why I teach: Initally i started teaching as a part-time profession for bearing my own little expenses but now teaching helps me to be confident of my words and also some subjects hels me in my exams

Teaching journey: I got 2nd place in a national hackathon and has been awarded for the same by the Hon' le President of India for it there one of the USP of our project actually included basic Trigonometric equation that made us stand apart from all other 3000-odd teams

Student progress: 3 students from Baba Nalanda High school from 8 to 10 average marks in Madhyamik is 91%. A few from St. Lawrence who scored 85% in 8th and 87% in 9th and is currently in 10th. 2 from Ashoka Girls they scored 92 and 81.7% in 8th now in 9th.. and many more
