Teaching approach: approach is a way of looking at teaching and learning. It gives rise to methods, the way of teaching something.......................................................................................................................
Why I teach: I'm dedicated to enabling growing young minds to achieve their goals.
3.my experience is almost 8years.
Teaching journey: experience is almost 8years.
Student progress: School children-20
College-10
University-15
My approach varies depending on the student's needs and learning style. My teaching philosophy is based on encouraging students to think for themselves , using real world example wherever possible. I love to mingle with students like a friend.
I want to enrich my knowledges. I want to get a perfect schedule. I want to increase my learning skill. I want to read student's psychology. I can inspire the next generation. I can show a passion for the subject. I may have a job security. I want to be a good teacher.
I started my teaching journey professionally at my 1st year of college life. I spent 4 years in this way although it is a very short time to prove my self. In such a short time, i have got many different students, each of whom has a different mentality. Some of students did not want to communicate at all, some of them communicate very nicely and some are very rough. The more love and respect I have got from students those are great achievements for me.
Maximum number of my students read in bengali medium. I have taught 15 students. The name of the schools in which they (13) all attend - Kalyan nagar vidyapth for boys, Ramkrishna Sarada Mission Sister Nivedita, Bhabanath Institution For Girls, Barrack pore Ramkrishna Mission. Only one student ( below class 2) reads in st. augustine school and st. Luigi school (English medium). Their average number is 75% and some even got marks above 90%. The name of the board of my 9 students is West Bengal Board and the other board's name is CBSE Board. I think their result is a part of their achievements.
Teaching approach: I believe in conceptual clarity hence I always ensure that a student grasps all the concepts clearly in the class itself so that remembering becomes easy. I also give detailed notes and quick hacks or shortcuts to remember better.
Why I teach: I like teaching others. I have a quality of explaining everything in detail which makes teaching also easier because attention to detail comes naturally to me.
Teaching journey: I taught Accountancy and Economics to a student of class XII who was asked not to appear for board exams since she was seriously under prepared. However I taught her just for 1 month and she was able to score 75% in boards.

Teaching approach: to make easier the subject for students and helping them to grasp actual concepts of topic overthre
Teaching journey: As you see there are very fewer teachers who have done their UG from IIT and giving home tuitions to IIT aspirants ( JEE Main+Adv.) or 10th and 12th and that's the biggest reason for good students that they couldn't get their best tutor. So, now don't worry parents please take the demo further to Students to get satisfied with my teaching skills over there.
Student progress: I have taught more than 500 students in my teaching career, approximately more than 50 students get qualified for IIT and Medical ..there are some reputed coaching centers where I have worked with already..like, SCHOLARS ACADEMY, ORBIT ACADEMY, AKASH INSTITUTE...
Teaching approach: My approach with each student changes according to their needs. I devise different learning plans (unique notes etc.) for each student to help them strengthen their weak spots and sharpen their strong ones. I thrive in high pressure environment, therefore I am always upto the job of teaching, no matter the obstacles.
I maintain a healthy and positive dynamic with my students. My focus is on both their learning abilities and their academic performances. I test my students regularly in order to help them retain what they learn and self-evaluate along the way.
Why I teach: Teaching helps me learn and grow as a person and also as a professional. I believe in sharing of knowledge. It is the only way knowledge grows. Creating better students means creating better human beings of tomorrow.
Teaching also helps me to touch and impact lives in a very positive way. I try to incorporate my years of experience as a student and a teacher into my teaching, which results in a much richer learning experience and environment.
Teaching journey: I have taught students of various backgrounds and learning tendencies. All of my students have improved their academic performances in a short span of time. They have also shown an increased inclination towards learning during my tenure as their tutor.
Student progress: 1. I have taught 20-25 students over the past 7 years.
2. I have taught students from West Bengal State Board, ICSE/ISC, CBSE, NIOS boards. They often belonged to schools such as Gokhale Memorial Girls' School, St. Xaviers, South Point, Patha Bhavan, Shri Shikshayatan etc.
3. I have helped my great students maintain and at times improve their ranks in class exams. I have had mediocre students who ended up securing top 5 places in their class exams. My students usually score very high in board exams as well.

Teaching approach: I teach students on the basis of their pace and capacity, so that they do not feel left out as they feel in their formal classes. Though I take tests after completing each chapter and also make a point to finish the syllabus before the exams so that I have time for revision tests. I try my best to provide them a safe and comfortable environment so that they can share their problems, be it related to studies or anything personal. I believe that education is more than studies, it includes the personality and character development as well, so I try my best to impart knowledge and make my students a better person. I often explain a topic via short stories so that they understand the practical approach of it, and also how the world/society works. I believe that students are the future foundation of the society so they must be well educated not only in studies but by being a good human being. I strive on making them so.
Why I teach: I want to help students who fall behind in classes. I want them to love and enjoy studying and not fear it. Being with students is very refreshing and fun, I love helping them and teaching them. It also helps me to understand the growing perspective of the upcoming generation.

I have come across multiple types of people throughout the journey and have become a part of their life, I share special bond with all of my students and their families too.
