My aim as a tutor is to create in my students a deep understanding and confidence in answering exam questions and being able to tackle new and unfamiliar problems. My teaching philosophy is based on encouraging students to think for themselves, using real-world examples wherever possible. I start from topics the students are comfortable with and move gradually towards more complex areas as their confidence builds. I use questions and examples to check understanding continually. I don’t lecture to students or ask them to memorise things. I feel my greatest accomplishment might be two simple things: I made learning interesting and fun and I taught children to love and inquire about all the subjects I taught.

I have taught and teaching a lot of students of DPS Ruby Park, DPS Newtown , Calcutta Boy's School, Calcutta Aiports, St.Xavier's School, St.Stephen's School and lot of other schools, all of my student passed with an aggregate of 85%-95% while some stood first in their respective class.

Teaching approach: I try to understand the student first. How fast they learn, how much they intake in a short time or how much they know. Then I set my teaching pace according to that. My teaching method is interactive or participative. My goal is to make them learn things to the core.

Why I teach: I liked tutoring from a very young age. The way a person learns and unlearns is very exciting for me and it is different for each person which makes it more interesting. So I want to help them learning and watch them grow.
