s. My philosophy is based on the idea that learning happens in an environment of mutual respect in which the student is encouraged to think and make new connections for themselves.
Why I teach: I decided to become a teacher due to several reasons. One, I have a knack for learning new things and when you teach, you often get more lessons than you give. Two, I like being around young minds since their creativity and imaginative power is incomparable which also explains the former. Three, I want to impart knowledge and guidance however I can and young minds have the most to gain from it. Finally, I simply love to teach.
Teaching journey: My achievements as a teacher:
1. I learned a lot through teaching,
2.Satisfaction through satisfying students and their parents,
3.Respect through dedication in quality of work.
Student progress: I have taught 15 students of CARMEL HIGH SCHOOL(WBBSE), 20 students of SILVER POINT SCHOOL(WBBSE), 20 students of DOLNA DAY SCHOOL(ICSE), 28 students of TIRTHAPATI INSTITUTION SCHOOL(WBBSE). All of my students passed minimum 80% .
