t a wide array of activities like skits, role playing, brain storming, debates etc in order to engage the imagination of my students. I always promote innovative and independent thinking among my students and encourage them to be critical to what they see and hear.
Why I teach: My motivation behind choosing teaching as a profession is my father who has been a high school teacher in a school run by the state government.
Teaching journey: As a teacher, I take extreme pride in myself for shaping the young minds who will bring glory to our nation. Having taught for more than 7 years, each passing day has strengthened my perseverance, developed my personal skills and infused all those professional expertise within me which are indispensable for becoming an ideal teacher.
Student progress: Having worked in renowned institutions for almost 7 years, I have taught more than 500 students in my entire career. Recently, 95 students of mine from Delhi Public School Bangalore East had appeared in the CBSE class 10 board exam. Out of them, 12 students have scored 100 percent in English in term I final exam (CBSE). Even the school topper is my student.
