Teaching approach: 1.Assess how quickly and thoroughly the students may be able to grasp the subject matter.
2. Calibrate the level and speed of explanation of the subject matter in line with the aforesaid ability of the students, that is,explain the matter fast for the more receptive students and slowly for the less receptive students.

3. Use simple and lucid manner for explaining the subject matter, giving examples as far as possible.
4. Provide guidance to students and motivate the weaker ones for enhancing their self confidence.
5. Be more of a facilitator than a teacher for the stronger and intelligent students.
Why I teach: 1. I love my subject and want to share my knowledge with students, interacting with them enriches my own learning.
2. Providing guidance to the students make me feel good, more so because I love the company of children.
3. I feel a sense of satisfaction and achievement when my students are able to accomplish excellent result and some students are able to enhance their self confidence.
