Teaching approach: Every student is an individual, and everyone learns in their own way. I use a variety of teaching methods to ensure that no student is left behind. Every child is unique, and I believe that a classroom should be an environment in which each student can understand their strengths and reach their full potential. I always try to give my students a key to unlock their true potential by providing them with a safe environment in which they are free to express themselves. My teaching philosophy is to incorporate methods and techniques into my curriculum that assists students in expressing themselves and discovering their true calling.

Why I teach: Children have fantastic ideas and perspectives. It's fascinating to hear their approaches to problems and how they explain concepts in their own words. I enjoy teaching, but I also enjoy learning, and teaching provides many opportunities for learning, whether it's researching a topic related to the student's interests or exploring new ideas for teaching something.

Teaching journey: I believe that learning begins with the acquisition of knowledge and skills, but applying them in real-life situations opens the door to more learning. The student community in a classroom is a diverse group of learners, each with their own learning style. They all have different expectations and goals, and they all try to connect with the teacher. As a teacher, my goal is to inspire my students to be imaginative, practising learners with creative skills and develop the ability to solve problems.

Student progress: I have a teaching experience of 5 years. I have taught students of DPS Ruby Park (CBSE), Carmel Convent (WB), G.D. Birla (ICSE), La Martiniere (ISCE), Mahadevi Birla (CBSE), Nava Nalanda (WB). All of my students have secured a minimum of 90-95% in their finals.
