h their subject syllabus, but I am also willing to progress more slowly and focus on particularly weak areas if the student so desires. I will also offer revision sessions for all so that the students know where they can stand.
As I aim to tailor my tuition to the individual I expect students to maintain regular contact in regards to their subject progressions and their individual needs.

I will provide each student with a progress log and detailed feedback on how they are performing and areas where they need to improve, I may also set work for my students to complete outside of sessions and for this set work I will offer a marking service.

Why I teach: Teaching helps me to brush up my skills and capabilities which are hidden inside me. I am into this teaching job because I want to encourage my students and as well as be a true friend to guide them. I want to be second mother of my students so that I can nurture them and help them to become, not only good in academics but also as a person. I want to be a friend, philosopher and guide to support each one of my students. Not only these teaching can never stop me from learning so I want to learn throughout my life.

Teaching journey: I, Rajstuti Mitra have an experience as a home tutor for past 4 years. Teaching has helped me to brush my skills and learn many things in life. I feel happy when I am into this journey, helping the needy ones. Presently my students feel happy to be in my class and learn, this is what I feel proud in helping need ones.

Student progress: I have taught students of ICSE, CBSC and WB boards with a maximum of 5 as per as I have got. Each one of them are continuing there classes with me and have scored about 90% in there examinations.
