uition in support of the progression of my students through their syllabus, content. I will also give focus on particular weak areas of them. I will try to prepare them for mock tests, class tests before at least one weak ago. And also offer pre exam revision sessions for all exams. As I will give so much effort to individual, I expect students must maintain regular contact to their subject progression and their individual needs. I will provide each students with a progress marks and details feedback on how they are performing and areas where they need improvement. I am also happy to meet with parents and guardians regularly during the tuition period to discuss their child's progress. I believe passionately in the huge value of tutoring to students and take great satisfaction in seeing my students achieve their full potential.

Why I teach: Since my college days I have aspired to shape myself as a teacher in Geography or Social Science. After pursuing my studies I have gained experience in teaching at a Government Sponsored Girl's High School as a assistant teacher in Geography. By becoming a teacher I can mould the future generations throughout my teaching. I will definitely teach them the core knowledge of the subject so that they can relate with them everyday surroundings. I believe, teaching is a job that can give satisfaction in both side. Everyday not only students are learns a lots of things when she comes to teach. It builds a huge confidence in one / myself while delivering a lecture. I bring my passion, knowledge and sense of humour to the classroom, so that my students never feel bored. I also believe in dynamic teaching strategy, so that I can give them the relevant teaching all the time. I try to interest with my student every time and later to time feedback which improves my teaching. I thereby firmly believe that by being a good teacher I will inspire my students to build their own personality in a distinguished manner.

Teaching journey: I have tried to mix with them not as a teacher as a friend to whom they can share their thought then the basic of nursery education and values of human nature from nursery rhymes to mathematics concept development, GK and Drawing I have guided them in their learning. These kids gave me a confidence to teach the higher classes. So I started giving tuitions to upper primary and secondary levels. Since 2019, I have taught 10 students comprising 4 from upper primary and 6 from secondary level. From 2017 to 2019 I have taught in a Government sponsored Girls high school at my hometown as a assistant teacher . In the school I have taken Geography classes from VI to XII along with History, Civics, English, Bengali . Working as a teacher gave me the exposure and helped me in building my body language and self confidence. I have also cleared WBSSC TET for upper primary level held in 2016 & have recently cleared CTET 2020 held in January 2021 both for Primary and Secondary Level. Since March 2021 I have also appeared for interviews in 3 CBSC school as an assistant teacher.

Student progress: The first two students that I have taught in 2017 we're from nursery class. They have been under my guidance up to class II.
After them I have taught 10 students till date. One of the 10 students 4 were from primary level and 6 we're from secondary level.
Two primary level students were from CBSE board and 2 were from WB Board. The students under my guidance have obtained good results in Social Science and Geography. One of the student I guided have scored 3rd position in Madhyamik Examination of WB board and scored 100 in Geography. Her success have given me an immense satisfaction and I feel proud for being her Geography teacher.
