I teach with conviction and I engage with my students in a very positive manner. My goal is to always increase the learning proficiency and acumen of my students. This helps them get better at learning itself, irrespective of the subject matter. Which inevitably leads to better academic performance.
I focus on their academic performances and take weekly tests in order to evaluate their progress. I also suggest various sources of learning apart from text books. 

Why I teach: I want to help people learn. Learning is the best way people can improve themselves. Teaching is another way.
My goal is to create better scholars of tomorrow as society thrives upon intellectual members. Teaching also enriches me with experience which I rarely find in any other vocation. 

Teaching journey: My teaching journey has been an experience like no other. At the beginning, I never imagined it as such a blissful undertaking. My classrooms are usually a perfect environment for engaging in intelligent discussions and learning from each other. 

Student progress: 1. I have taught 18 to 20 students over the past 5-6 years. 
2. I have taught students from boards such as West Bengal State Board, CBSE, ICSE, ISC, NIOS. They often belonged to schools such as Jadavpur Vidyapith, Jodhpur Boys, St. Xaviers, South Point, Don Bosco etc.
3. As my primary focus is on improvement of academic performances of my students, my thorough and extensive teaching methods have helped my students secure impressive rankings in their class examinations, and very high marks in board exams. My students also display tremendous curiosity for learning under my tutelage.
