deeply and increases their tendency to question on different matters. Moreover the understanding, playfulness and rewards from a teacher makes the kids do their work better and faster without any hesitation. I try to give students the same amount of attention given by a parent, as an elder brother.
For higher classes such as 11& 12, the concept and practice is my main focus. Motivational sessions are also provided by me quite often when I find my students lacking interest.

Why I teach: Coming up with examples and finding the reason behind every subject has been my fantasy. I feel the way I understand things are the easiest. I try providing practical examples and putting my student in a practical situation where he/she tries to find out the solution by himself/herself. Kids always find me friendly with them and so love listening to what I want them to do. So they learn better as they are learning from a friend not from a Teacher. I find it easy to explain anything more easily than others do.

Teaching journey: I have tutored many kids and am teaching from a very young age. Currently teaching a kid for the last 5 years and his progress is quite well. He stands in the first or second in his class everytime since the very beginning. His only source of knowledge and tutoring is Me as his parents are not that literate. I find it an achievement for me because, not only I have been able to make him a good student but also a good and sensible human being.

Student progress: I have taught 3 students of St. Stephen's School and also teaching one of them currently in Class 6. He scores above 90% in the subjects I have been teaching.
I am teaching a Student of North Point (NPSSBS) School, HE is in class 2 at present and have been 1st or 2nd in his class every single year.
