Teaching approach: I teach based on what I call RUPR formula which means: Reading, then Understanding, Practice and revision. I will first allow the students to read, then I will explain and write, then the student will note down, practice problems and then revision the next day.

4. Started teaching 4 years ago, been called a very friendly teacher. I think I have patience and qualities to make students understand concepts.
Student progress: I have taught 4 students of class 11th- 12th and competitive course standard from CBSE, WB board. All of them are now in IIT/NIT/Reputed Colleges of Govt of India. I have taught 7 students of 9-10 th standard from CBSE, ICSE, WB Board, all of them passed with more than 9 CGPA or 85%.
