Why I teach: From the beginning I am very eager to learn ,to understand and to teach as many as subjects of education life related to commerce world. I had to lots of problems and troubles during the journey but I enjoyed all that to solve of my own easiest ways . What makes me hard determined that I never leave the things without analyzing them.In this way I used to teach the students by finding their actual problems by different applications related to their troubles.I used to make them understand the subjects and the proper meaning to fulfill their objectives.So it is definite that whatever problems they have supposed to be found out at any cost.Thus teaching is very much challenging to me.

Teaching journey: Institute name:ICA infotech Pvt ltd.(working period-September-2008 to Apr-2010),Involved as CA faculty to teach Accounts, cost,tax law, Bus. Std. financial management etc.Involved thereafter as faculty in Kolkata centre for ICA at Dum Dum Baguiati,and at Barasat centre,as Accounts and cost faculty,provided services to prepare the students for job oriented course and to become them successful. Joined CA firm at the middle Banerjee & Associates(May 2010 to Aug 2013) and gaining experience about the practical experience in the field of auditing,vouching and verification, investigation and taxation works , income tax filing etc.and at same time continuing tuition as commerce teacher at home and also students place as per requirements.At that time joined with the Gold sector and joined with another coaching centre situated at Baranagar, engaged there with HS candidates and graduation-pass & hons. students. Providing that time (from 2015 to 2017)tuition to MBA candidates for fin. management,accounts. Joined another organisation (Multispeciality clinic-May 2018 to Mar2019)-for handling TDS computation and Finaliisation works and also CS related matters.

Student progress: The numbers of students who have appeared HS,CBSE,ISC 40%of them have scored more than 70%,45% amoung them scored 80% above marks.and 15% of them scored above 50%.Five students of my graduation batch getting chance directly in CA inter, and four of my students are studying costing final year.In ICA more than 20 students after taking training at inst. getting selected in banking sector as well.
