Before i start taking class i make specific class notes and syllabus for that unique class based on the merit of the student.As no one is same.So, each class is tailor made only for the student.I sort the information i need to teach with examples and if required sometimes interactive designs.once the process is complete i employ the feynmann technique, where the student is supposed to describe the class and everything i taught. Then i take feedback , on which sections i am lacking or the student is falling behind . I generally do not believe in homeworks, if required i provide so too.

Why I teach: I am currently completing my masters from iiest,shibpur and alongside preparing for my Upsc. So teaching is the best thing i found that clear my own concepts regarding various subjects.this is the reason i choose very minutely.

Teaching journey: I have taught since i was in 12. There is not much of achievement ,except last year when one of student cracked gate exam. I think the more I teach , the more I learn...

Student progress: I have taught engineering students btech and mtech , approx 20-30. Most of my students got above 80% in their sem exams.few has cracked the gate examination and currently doing mtech from nits and iits.
