Teaching approach: I believe there is no such thing as perfect tutor in the same way there is no perfect student.
Though what makes me good choice as a tutor is I myself am always looking at the opportunity to learn and also share my knowledge.

inspiration from my students, every student have a different need, so I try to adapt to their needs rather than impose my rigid method on them.
I also try to encourage and motivate them as much as possible. Friendly when needed, strict when required.
Why I teach: Why not teaching? It's one of the best job in the world. The amount of love and respect you get from this profession can't be mimicked by any other professions
Teaching journey: Achievement, I would say my ex-students wishing me Happy Teacher's day. To know that I have left an impact on their life, is a great achievement.
Plus, one of the biggest probably would be to take a student under my wing last year in December, who had only 1 chapter completed for ICSE , finals and to make that student pass was a good achievement
Student progress: In total I have taught eight students all from ICSE schools like Loreto, St. James, Pratt Memorial, Calcutta Boys, Don Bosco etc.
