ychology, its easier for me to understand a student's drawbacks and potential at the same time. Adding to my knowledge, my experience in both school and home tutoring have taught me great deal in handling students of all age. Capturing a student's mindset and moulding it to the need of the day is what I desire to seek with utmost dedication and motivation.

Why I teach: I had started teaching since my high school days. Initially, it was only to earn some experience in the field of teaching so as to enhance my career in the near future. However, with the passage of time, what motivated me further was the achievements of my students. I could see my hard work being paid off by the results that my students procured. Therefore, I continued giving tuitions till my graduation days and even joined a school for a period of three months while I was free before my postgraduate admissions.

Teaching journey: My achievements are mostly confined to the field of academics. I had been felicitated in my high school for securing the 3rd position in Arts. I had been felicitated for the same in ward no. 14 of Siliguri for standing first in the ward. During the three years tenure of my graduation, I have always been in the top three in my college and secured a first position in the 2nd year college exam and 3rd year university exam.
Apart from these personal achievements, my other achievements are mostly the upgraded results of my students and their better understanding and performance in their subjects. 5 years of tutoring and 3 months of school teaching have given me immense joy and experience.

Student progress: I have taught 3 students from Don Bosco School, Siliguri (ICSE), 2 students from Nirmala Convent School, Siliguri (ICSE), 4 students from St. Joseph's High School, Matigara(ICSE, ISC), 1 student from Mahbert High School, Siliguri (ICSE) and 2 students from DPS, Siliguri (CBSE).
Apart from these, I have taught classes 5 to 10 in Angela High School, Siliguri (West Bengal board). All of them have procured excellent results which ranged from 80-95% in their aggregate.
