and it may change on the basis of the temperament and grasping ability of student. The one quality which stands distinct in my approach is the use of lots of examples and allegories from everyday life which helps students to understand even the difficult parts easily. I give more emphasis on building the concept and the basis of the topic before touching the details and other secondary nuances. I always try to balance the conventional teaching methods and the modern approach to benefit the student maximum. I believe in establishing a friendlier connection with students so that the communication between us never gets obstructed.

Why I teach: Teaching has always been a favourite art of mine. The feeling of making someone understand something successfully is a great source of joy and satisfaction for me. It also helps me in strengthening my own understanding and helps me grow more. Also in our culture teaching has been seen as an act of virtue so it helps me to be a better person for myself and also society in way I contribute .

Teaching journey: My experience has been quite encouraging as a teacher. It has helped to understand the student psychology more and I am happy with myself.

Student progress: I have taught 5 students of CBSE, 2 students of ICSE and 1 student of west bengal board. they were from DPS, Don Bosco, St. Lawrence. They improved significantly during my tenure and stood ranks in my subject.
