Teaching approach: Utilisation of the Pause Procedure: I allow my student’s voice to be heard more than my own. During pauses, I ask students to answer a short test or complete a problem using the skills I have just explained.

Why I teach: Learning is absolutely fascinating, and I think it’s the most fascinating at the elementary school level, though I’m probably biased. As a teacher, you get to watch kids move between concrete and abstract thinking, question things they've been told, come up with new theories, and so much more. It is an enormous privilege to be present for these moments.

Teaching journey: I would say, the most important accomplishment in teaching is the relationship with my students because I know, I made a lasting impression on them.

Student progress: I have taught 20-25 students of B D Memoria (CBSE), Lakshmipat Singhania Academy (CBSE), National High School (CBSE), Abhinav Bharati High School (CBSE), Birla High School (CBSE), Ruby Park Public School (CBSE) La Martiniere (ISC), Welland Gouldsmith School (ISC), etc. All of my students have passed with good marks.
