So my approach is simple:

1. Learn by Doing
Kids don’t just memorize. We use stories, games, charts, and real-life examples.
Maths with counting beads. EVS with plants around us. English with rhymes.

2. Strong Foundation First
Class 3-5 is where basics are built.
I focus on reading, writing, tables, spellings, and clear concepts.
If the base is strong, everything after gets easy.

3. Each Child is Different
Some kids learn fast, some need more time.
I observe each child and explain in the way they understand best. No comparison, only encouragement.

4. Fun + Discipline
Class should be happy, but also focused.
We learn with activities, but we also respect rules, homework, and practice.

5. Parents + Teacher Together
I keep parents updated. When school and home work together, children grow faster.

My Goal :
Not just good marks, but children who love to learn, ask questions, and feel confident.

I chose teaching because I love working with children.

Class 3 to 5 is the age where kids are most curious.
They ask "why" for everything. That age builds their whole future.

For me, teaching is not just giving lessons.
It’s about shaping habits, confidence, and values.
When a child who was scared of Maths finally solves a sum on their own,
or when a shy student reads one full paragraph aloud -
that feeling is the reason I’m here.

I want to be the teacher who makes learning fun,
who listens patiently, and who helps every child believe "I can do it".

Teaching gives me a chance to guide young minds every single day.
And that’s what makes me happy.

My teaching journey started with my love for children.
I wanted to work where I could make a real difference every day,
and that’s how I became a primary teacher for Class 3 to 5.

In my journey so far, my biggest achievement is seeing my students grow.
Many of my students who were weak in reading and Maths in Class 3
are now confident and scoring well in Class 4.
Parents often tell me that their children now enjoy going to school and doing homework.

I focus on building strong basics, making learning fun through activities,
and giving personal attention to each child.
For me, the real achievement is when a shy student starts asking questions,
or when a child says "Ma'am, I understood it".

I’m still learning every day, and my goal is to continue helping
young children build a strong foundation for their future.

My students have been from [panchyasayar, sitanath,vidyabhaban , techno India, delhi public, indus valley, Calcutta public, garden high, G.D. Birla]
following the [WBBSE / CBSE / ICSE] board curriculum.
I have experience teaching both Bengali Medium and English Medium students
in primary classes.
