Teaching approach: I prefer following things in my tutoring approach and also followed for my whole student life.
I will guide/prepare in this way to a student -
1. Be a FRIEND of your student, so that he/she opens up to me.
2. Understand the psychology of student - wh

at they want first?
Then make the strategy according to that, so that race can be won by us (student ans tutor).
3. Basic should be cleared for every aspects of study.
4. Don't mug up the things - better try to understand.
5. Make your own note in your own way - you are writer of your own cinema's script, movie must be blockbuster.
6. Look around the nature - all are already present.
7. Do smart work - NOT hard work.
8. Attact the students by pictorial, graphical, schematic representation, so that they should not be bored for their study.
Why I teach: There has no such particular reason. As I came from RAMAKRISHNA MISSION background, so there a tradition of guidance of juniors from seniors.
And most importantly, I love to do the career counseling for a student.
Teaching journey: Here I must say one thing -
One tutor should not take credit from a brilliant, meritorious, hardworking students - because they can survive every aspects of study. Even, if you throw them in ocean, they can swim.
But, a Tutor credit goes there where one tutor transform one average student to brilliant student.
I can proudly say that achievement I have got during my journey.
Student progress: I taught nearly 13-14 students from different background like St. Xavier's, St. Augustine, some well known bengali medium schools. Nearly 65% students are really very good, scored more than 98%. Rest of the students are average, but I'm very more happy for them because there progressive nature was so stedy and consistent. I can remember one student, she is from CBSE Board, when I started to teach, she usually scored 38-40%. But, at the time 10th results, I was shocked by her results - it went to 86%.
