I am drawn to teaching because of the 'lightbulb moment'—that specific second when a student finally grasps a concept they’ve been struggling with. There is nothing more rewarding than seeing a student transform from being frustrated and discouraged to feeling confident and capable. I view teaching not just as a job, but as an opportunity to mentor students and provide them with the tools they need to succeed in their academic journey and beyond.

My teaching journey began 4 years ago when I started working at a coaching center named as UNI-EDUCARE. Since then, I have transitioned into private one-on-one tutoring, where I’ve had the privilege of working with diverse learners—from students struggling with the basics to high-achievers aiming for top-tier university entrance. Over the years, I have refined my ability to simplify complex curricula and develop personalized resources that cater to individual student needs.

1.Over the past 4 years, I have taught approximately Total 25-30 students. On average, I manage a cohort of 5 to 8 students per semester to ensure that I can provide personalized attention to each individual.
2.I have worked with students from prestigious institutions such as Kendriya Vidyalaya ,National High school,A.K.Ghosh memorial,South Point etc.. My expertise spans across multiple boards, specifically:
?CBSE: Focus on NCERT alignment and board exam preparation.
?ICSE: Handling the detailed and extensive syllabus requirements
WBBSE/WBCHSE:Focus on upgradation of their mathematics and English.
3.Confidence Building: Successfully helped a student with severe 'Subject Anxiety' develop a consistent study habit, leading to them passing their final exams with a 'B' grade after previously failing."
Academic Growth: One of my Grade 10 students improved their Mathematics score from 55% to 88% within a single academic session by focusing on foundational logic.
