About teaching

As a teacher, I believe in a student-centered and flexible teaching approach. I focus on understanding each student's individual learning style, pace, and needs.
My method includes:
1. Concept Clarity First – I begin by explaining the b

asic concepts in a simple, easy-to-understand way using examples from daily life.
2. Interactive Learning – I encourage students to ask questions and participate actively so that learning becomes a two-way process.
3. Practice and Revision – I regularly provide practice questions, worksheets, and conduct short tests to strengthen understanding and improve retention.
4. Personalized Attention – I track each student’s progress and provide extra support where needed, especially in topics they find difficult.
5. Real-life Applications – Wherever possible, I connect the subject to real-life situations to make it more interesting and meaningful.
6. Motivation and Confidence Building – I always aim to create a supportive environment where students feel confident, motivated, and comfortable to express themselves.
Overall, my goal is not just to help students score well, but to make them truly understand and enjoy what they are learning.

I genuinely enjoy helping others learn and grow. Teaching gives me the opportunity to share my knowledge, especially in subjects I love, and make a positive impact on a student’s academic journey. I find it very satisfying when a student understands something they once found difficult.
Also, teaching allows me to keep learning myself. Every student is different, and I enjoy the challenge of finding the right way to explain things to suit each learner. I believe education is one of the most powerful tools for change, and being a teacher lets me contribute to that change in a meaningful way.

I started my teaching journey about five years ago by giving tution to my cousins then I started to take students from my neighbourhood too helping them with subjects like English, Science, and Biology. As they started doing well in exams and showing improvements more students came to join but I could just take limited number of students as I was pursuing graduation.
One of my achievements is seeing students who once struggled in class gradually gain confidence and score better. A few of my students who were weak in English now write well-structured answers and communicate more fluently. For me, these improvements in my students are my biggest achievements.
Along the way, I’ve also improved my own communication and teaching skills. I’ve learned how to be more patient, how to explain things in different ways, and how to build a comfortable learning environment for every student.

Over the past 5 years, I have taught around 5 students on average. From schools like Indus Valley World School under CBSE board and Young Horizon's school under ICSE board.
Several students have shown a significant improvement in their exam scores, especially in English and Life Science.
One student who used to be weak in English started scoring above 70% within a few months of regular tuition.
Some students have gained more confidence in speaking and writing in English, which helped them in school presentations and internal assessments.
Many parents have shared positive feedback about their child’s overall improvement, not just in marks but also in understanding and attitude toward studies.
