About teaching
Chemistry
Teaching approach: My philosophy is that learing happens in an environment of mutual respect in which students are encouraged to think and understand. Teaching technique will be applied in an effective way to understand the topic by the students. Regular test will be conducted after completing every topic to monitor student's progress.

Why I teach: I think teaching is the best profession. A good teacher can make a student a great human being not only by developing bookish knowledge but also by building their character.
Teaching journey: I started tutoring since 2013, when i was doing my masters. Then after few year I joined a cbse affiliated school.
Student progress: I have taught students of cbse , ICSE/isc and west bengal board of class 8th to 12th. All my students secure above 90% marks in boards. Many of them ranked good in jee and neet exam.
