understanding the basic logical structure of subject... The way I teach will be informed by them and their ability, the way I structure my questions, the way I might even ask the questions, are all driven by that ability, and where they are in their development of mathematical thinking.... Generally, my approach is to help students to understand how to solve problems themselves rather than just showing them the solution... I usually set a small piece of homework each week to reinforce a topic that we have been covering or a past paper to practice as the exams approach.. I encourage students to contact me between lessons. They can text me or email me with problems they are having so that I can prepare to cover that topic in the next lesson and they can scan back homework for marking.

Why I teach: I want to become a teacher so that I can make a real difference in students' lives. I take the task of developing young people into kind, thoughtful and contributing adults very seriously. I have always been so grateful to my teachers and the educational system for making me the person that I am today.

Teaching journey: As a teacher, my greatest accomplishment is in helping students who are falling behind. I have been a teacher for six years and in that time have found I have at least one student who needs extra attention and mentorship, each year... many students achieved higher than predicted grades," make your achievements more notable by using specific numbers and percentages.

Student progress: I have taught class 9-10 of ramkrishna mission in science group and mathematics...The boy who never passed the science group No teacher could teach a boy.. Everyone gave up. Finally, I got him to get these results he scored 85% in Madhyamik.. A student studied with me for 3 months after his class 10th preboard.. He hasn't passed the preboard... That boy got 95 marks in Maths and 89 in Science in Madhyamik after 3 months... That boy is now studying Agriculture at Presidency College and has secured second place there too.There are so many examples that it is impossible to finish them all.
