Secondly, I believe in thorough reading of books of the respective subjects which includes in-depth reading of the chapters followed by solving of accompanied questions. Also, in order to make the class interesting and interactive, I ask questions and encourage my students to ask me questions as because an inquisitive mind is a wiser mind. Thirdly, as far as completion of syllabus is concerned, I prefer keeping my student at pace with the school and one-step ahead of what is being taught at school, so that my student remains well-verse with any topic that yet to be taught in school in advance. Fourthly, I assign homeworks and take weekly assessment tests, in order to analyse my student's progress.

Why I teach: I am into teaching job because, I am much passionate about teaching as a profession. Teaching gives me a sense of joy and satisfaction. Teaching will allow me to identify my student's potential, strengths and weaknesses, build on his or her qualities, abilities and the areas that needs polishing and help him or her excel.

Teaching journey: My achievement in my teaching journey is that I could help my students achieve good academic results consistently. Also, I feel proud to say that as a teacher, I possess the ability to bond well with my student, that helps me connect with student and achieve a remarkable teaching experience both at my student's and my end.

Student progress: I have taught three students in the past of standards 2, 4 and 5. All three of them studied in Kendriya Vidyalaya, Command Hospital. All three of them, as a result of concerted effort on their part and on mine, were rank holders in their respective classes and ranked between 1 to 5.
