n quickly and effectively with rythymic approach and there may be many examples of these. I always believe that different students have liking and comfort for different topics because of their inner strengths and weaknesses. It is always my target is to motivate and inspire them on their respective strengths and to make them feel safe for their weaknesses by improving process later. So my first job is observation during the introductory conversation or introductory practice session with a student.

Then I start process of learning. Learning can be made effective using the following steps
I) To understand the concepts well and to apply properly. So that the learning will be easier and the enjoyment during learning lead them to carry the process or way for a long period of time.
II) Then it is always important to solve problems repeatatively with proper process and to solve aslo different types of problems to understand the topic from different views.
III) It is important to revise the topics as much as possible . So revising and giving exams according to a regular schedule is important. The question papers must be differently arranged which will help to unfold the actual intelligence of a student.

Why I teach: Basically in the teaching field it is a scope to interract with fresh lives which motivates and also inspires me the most. Beside that obviously it is largely because of enjoy learning. I always belive and also realize that loving and enjoying is the first step for learning anything.It is one of the happiest job on the earth for me.

Teaching journey: was teaching since 2020.I have an experience of 4 years. It is a great pleasure and opportunity to learn new things as time grows. I am always ready with an openness to learn new things from life and my students. I always try to give my best and my students also give their best from their side. So always there is a responsibility from my side to make them in a better place than where they were.

Student progress: I have tought 2 students of class 10 of Sri Aurobindo education institute(ICSE) who have passed their boards exam with 75% marks In mathematics.2 students of St. Xavier's institution panihati (ICSE) who have scored above 90% in mathematics of their annual exam of class 9 and they are also doing well. A student of class 7of South point (CBSE)was under my guidence who didn't scored so well like the previous students but he improved his performance. In the annual exam of class 7 he scored 28% in maths but in the annual exam of class 8 he scored around 60%.Another student of class 6 of saltlake school (ICSE)was with me who scored around 75% in the annual exam of both class 6 and class 7 .
