about recognizing that every student is different in their own way, and my role is to help the students recognize their true potential. But the true magic lies in the relationship. I try to become a mentor, a guide. This will create a safe space where students feel comfortable making mistakes, asking questions, and expressing themselves authentically. This nurturing environment creates a love for learning and help students learn with the confidence and curiosity to tackle any challenge. Feedback is also important. I try my best to provide timely, feedback that creates progress, identifies areas for improvement, and empowers students to take ownership of their learning journey. This feedback loop fosters self-reflection and metacognitive skills, equipping students to become independent learners beyond the classroom walls.

Why I teach: I wanted to be a good teacher from childhood. I feel the lack of good relationship between a student and a teacher. I always want to provide my knowledge to others. My family is not so rich that they can handle my studies. So, after completing my 10th board exam i stared to teach student. Now i want to be a professional teacher. That's why I am into teaching job.

Teaching journey: From the starting of my teaching Career I have taught around 400 students. Many of my students have got rand in board exam,JEE MAINS,NEET and other entrance exams.

Student progress: I have taught 10-12 students of Midnapore Ramkrishna Mission(West bengal board) of class 10, 20 students of same school of class 12th. They all got atleast 93% in my subject. I have taught few students who have cracked WBJEE,JEE,NEET. They are now in IITs,Medical Colleges and other Engineering Colleeges.
