e his own ans with correct points instead of cramming which makes them remember their lessons for life time.i ront put too much of pressure on kids instead i do take written or mock tests but in sich a way that a child enjoys it as a game of play and learn gets appreciated for his efforts and at th3 same time recapitulates the whole chp where necessary i show them basic ecperiements for mainly science so that they get a practical knowledge

Why I teach: Teaching has always been my career goal and secondly i find a sort of happiness in sharing knowledge buikding minds and spending time with the tiny tots.

Teaching journey: I have been a well known tutor in my previous locality for 3 years

Student progress: Taught kids of pre primary level to class 6 of both english and hindi medium of depaul my own school MHMS and some local hindi medium school students and english to bengali medium school students . They have improved in their speaking skills memorising power in my way of learning the actual meaning amking their own ans improved their vocabulary where necessary i have sometimes showed them basic experiments mainly in science to help them get practical knowledge and learn things more clearly and permanently which has improved their academic scores other speaking curriculum activities avg no of students 7 to 10
