My pedagogy is concept-oriented and student-centric, with a strong emphasis on building foundational understanding and developing problem-solving abilities. In addition to academic instruction, I also prioritize the mental well-being of students to help them perform at their best. I strive to create a supportive and student-friendly environment that encourages open interaction and enables learners to express their doubts without hesitation.

I have been teaching for the past seven years. I am passionate about teaching and enjoy helping students explore the mysteries of the universe through Physics. I particularly value interacting with young, curious minds and fostering their interest in learning.

I have been teaching for the past seven years and have successfully mentored more than 100 students who are currently pursuing medical and engineering studies at various medical colleges, IITs, and government engineering institutions. I also have a strong interest in Medical Physics, particularly in different imaging modalities. At present, I am associated with Jadavpur University as a Guest Faculty.

Teaching approach: I have experience in teaching Primary students for classes 1-4. They are the new learners so I create a playful environment where they don't feel fear to learn and explore new concepts. To help them in retaining knowledge I provide worksheets. Weekly exams with attractive rewards to encourage them to learn more. Also making TLM models to enhance their experiences when learning new things like for photosynthesis creating a plant model to make them understand better the concept also when explaining time in mathematics by making a clock with cardboard which is playful as well as giving them and experience which they will enjoy and remember more from the class. The children are more active in my class as I carry an activity based learning environment where in they are taking knowledge back home instead of pages of homeworks.

Why I teach: I love to share knowledge and children motivate me to be playful and active.They are my little green plants.

Teaching journey: In my teaching journey I have experienced gaurdians who have blamed their children for not being attentive in class and by bringing poor scores but turning the tables by supporting their children not through criticise and blames but by academic support and to beleive every child is the winner is my real time achievement in my teaching career.

Student progress: I have taught approximately most students from DPS and BDM International CBSE board and also from Future Foundation and Garden High from ICSE boards.
The students were in classes between 1-4 primary section and they have scored well in their exams.

Teaching approach: I try to give the utmost bestest knowledge I have. I want my students to know much more beyond the bookish things. I make them independent and prepare them so that they can excel in their career in future.
