Why I teach: I'm very passionate about the same. I come from a family where most of us are from the teaching background, starting from my granny, my mom, my sis in laws, cousins to my own daughters...All are into this profession. It's in our blood .

Teaching journey: I've always been a favourite for my students, after a certain time the adolescent kids become very friendly with me which in turn helps me in shaping their values and thought process along with the subject I'm teaching.

Student progress: Honestly, I don't think I remember... It has been quite a long journey as a teacher

Teaching approach: I teach students in a simple and friendly way so that they can understand easily. I focus on building concepts step by step and clear all doubts patiently. I also give regular practice, revision, and tests to improve confidence and performance.

Why I teach: I enjoy teaching and helping students learn new things. It makes me happy when students improve in studies and become more confident. I want to guide students in a positive and supportive way.

Teaching journey: I have experience teaching students from different boards like CBSE and ICSE. I have taught around UKg to class 5 students. Most of my students scored above 90%, and some also qualified for Olympiads and ranked well in class. Teaching has helped me improve my communication and understanding of students.

Teaching approach: I first try to communicate well with the student and try to understand my student. It's very important for the teacher to understand student's psychology because not all student are same. This thus helps me to make the understand and tea him/her in the way where the student is comfortable.

Why I teach: Teaching helps to spread knowledge. Through teaching we get to know many unknown things and mostly it is very interesting. Lastly but not the least I found that I love this profession and so enjoy doing it.

Why I teach: I am into this profession because I have immense interest into it and I want to share the knowledge that I have and to contribute for a better tomorrow of the society.

Teaching journey: I have learned several new techniques of teaching while tutoring several students over the past few years and it's not only takes my career forward but also gives me ample satisfaction.

Teaching approach: my approach is to ignite the passion and love for the subject in the student with practical life situations and simple examples so that the student grows interested in the subject

Why I teach: I never act like a tutor or try to teach a student as a teacher. First I behave like a friend to my student so that they never get afraid of asking any question and I also discuss the topics with my student more like a friend than a teacher. This friendly approach makes the student open up to their problems and easier for them to understand the subject and gain interest in the subject.
I'm into the teaching profession, because I have a knack for learning, while teaching I also learn a lot of things, and being friends with the students and their achievements make me feel like myself achieving the goals by helping them succeed in their life. The respect and love I get from them can be compared to nothing else.

Teaching journey: My achievements as a teacher are immeasurable, my students not only made good results in the subjects I taught them but are well-established in their life also. To name a few would be difficult, this year one of my students Sejuti Biswas passed ICSE from Julien day school GANGANAGAR and got 97 percent

Student progress: I teach only English Medium students from all boards, I have students of Julien day school, Narayana School, St Stephen's, St Judes, St Xaviers sodhepur, Indira Gandhi Memorial, Airport School, DPS, Auxillium etc, mainly ICSE and CBSE board. Teaching approach: On first meeting with students, I ask about her/his school, hobbies, etc. Then I ask some questions on subjects in order to understand his/her standard. Before introducing a new chapter , i my or others experience or any story behind it, is always told or explained by me which will definitely grow some impact on students. After completion of the chapter, concept of Spelling, short type questions and some long are there in our discussion. I take test of 20/25 marks or rate the students by giving them grade.

Why I teach: Both of my parents were teacher,my mother ws M.A. in statistics and economics as well,my father was MSc.in Zoology.My mother hd retired from Julien Day School and father from reputed Govt. School.I had grown up in teaching environment.But after my graduation in Zoology ,I learnt computer applications and started doing job in private concern and teaching the students of all English medium or convent school.I love to explain things and now teaching becomes spontaneous and smooth for me to do.I firmly believe myself and advise the students to act on the persuasion which we give others.

Teaching journey: I have been teaching since 1998 in the same school as mentioned above,started my journey by implementing the knowledge of language,maths(till class VII),spoken English and definitely science till Class VIII.Then I took charge of teaching Computer from class-UKG-X) and now I'm only teaching science from class-V-X.I co-ordinate every school event and work as an announcer as well.

Student progress: Atleast 40% of class X students get 70-80% in science.In every class 4 to 5 students get 85-90% in Science.
