I belive that, any student can efficiently learn subjects like Physics ,Mathematics etc. if he/she is provided with a proper methodological guidence towards these subjects. So, I always prefer to teach my students starting from the very basic level, then gradually raise them in the subsequent advanced levels, so that they can have a strong command in those subjects when the course is ultimately finished. 
I use to take structured assesments from my students at a regular basis to monitor their gradual progresses, these short tests also help me to find those matter where I should work more with my students, to drive them more in the light.
Now, few words for all my beloved students.. See, Mathematics and Physics- these two subjects are very much easy n interesting as well. You can just realate all those theories and laws, and all the mathematical expressions and their effectiveness in reality, yes just beside you. So once you start to feel these subjects, you need not to struggle much to excel.

Teaching is very very special for me. I think, sharing knowledge is one of the beautiful purpose of a humans life towards the betterment of the society. I feel very much energetic and passionate about my engagement with my students because when I see my students are permorming very well with the subjects and when I see they have acquired strong command in the various wings of the subjects, these are the moments of satisfaction for me.
I am really dedicated in this field with my extreme zeal, passion and there are many more.... you know, when I see that joy n happiness, coming after clearly understanding various beautiful scientific facts and phaenomenon, in the face of my students, i just feel, these are the most precious feelings ever. Everytime I feel blessed that I have been given such a pious responsibility for my students, towards forming a strong educated society, towards our future.

I have been in this field since almost seven to eight years. All of my students have scored very impressive scores in their board as well as entances. Most of them are proficiently continuing their higher studies in differenet universities. Yes, I am eager to give my best effort for more number of students in future, in their journey of success.

I have taught many students from different boards like, CBSE, ICSE / ISE, WB State board who have scored above 80%
Many of them have cleared JEE exams, JEXPO exams and are now engaged in Engineering studies and other studies also.

Teaching approach: I am Sreeza Das. I am in teaching profession since 2014 and I believe in teaching in a friendly way I am not a very strict teacher as per my knowledge and my students love the way I teach

Why I teach: I have completed my diploma in architecture still I chose to be a teacher as I my love towards this profession. I have always wanted to be a teacher.

Teaching journey: As a teacher my only achivement is that my students did well in their exams.

Student progress: Till now I have taught 12 to 13 student in person. They all have a nice record in their school. I have taught and teaching students from National Gems, St PAULS, DPS joka, Kendriya Vidalaya, VMS etc .

Teaching approach: I start from topics the students are comfortable with and move gradually towards more complex areas as their confidence builds. I use questions and examples to check understanding continually. I don't lecture to students or ask them to memorise things. Nor do I do the students' homework for them!

Why I teach: I want to be in teaching line becauseI love learning and being in a learning environment.It is a job with a lot of variety.Suitable working hours.I like the creativity and independence teaching offersI want to make a difference in people's lives.

Teaching journey: Teaching children who can't read in the beginning of the year and seeing them progress to sounding out words and eventually being able to read independently has been a great source of satisfaction.

Teaching approach: My approach towards teaching is by being passionate towards whichever subject I am teaching. I like to create such an environment for the students where they can be interactive and enjoy learning without being bounded by any kind of difficulties. I put my full effort on a daily basis in order to properly teach the students. I believe each student is unique in their own way and thus I try to tackle each student by understanding them. Why I teach: I am into this profession because I want to make a difference and share my love for learning with the young generation. There is so much to learn and understand and I want to help them achieve the same. I get to take the responsibility of shaping the lives of young people and help them become a better person as well as gain knowledge and grow more. My profession also helps me to keep learning and interacting with different students on a daily basis.

Teaching journey: As a teacher, there are plenty of achievements I have achieved over the years of teaching. I have helped them to become a better person and grow in their lives. I have dealt with students who are comparatively weaker and make them achieve good marks and now they genuinely love learning. I have progressed as a teacher myself. I have understood my subjects better and work accordingly. The students have done remarkable progress in studying. I have achieved better creative thinking skills and better communication skills over the years, which I implement in my students as well. I have received immense love from my students and I am grateful for that. All my students are doing great in their lives and I am extremely proud of them. Also, I am extremely proud of my profession as well.

Student progress: I currently have 30 students who come to my place twice a week. I also provide home tuitions and currently I teach 5 students at their place once or twice a week.

Student progress: I have taught above 300 students in school who got 85-90% in Bengali and 25-30 students in home tution who got 80%+ marks in exam.

My tutoring approach is Socratic Method of teaching where the tutor takes into consideration all the learning needs of a student and helps them reach their end goal by giving them the individual attention they are unable to get at school or in group learning classes.

I offer pre-exam revision sessions for all exams and conduct end of topic tests and mock exams.

I provide students with progress feedback on how they are performing and areas where they need to improve, I may also set work for my students to complete outside of sessions (home work).

I am happy to meet with the parents or guardians of my students prior to the commencement of tuition in order to ascertain what they wish their child to gain from tuition. I am also happy to meet with parents and guardians regularly during the tuition period to discuss their child's progress and if required I am happy to provide parents with written reports on their child's progress.

I’ve always found joy in learning. But it wasn’t until I started teaching that I realized just how much I enjoyed sharing my skills and knowledge with students of all ages and backgrounds.

I've been teaching for the past 10 years. The most rewarding moment in my teaching career is every time a student is successful in achieving his/her goal. Be that learning English or Personality Development or getting ready for the interview or learning to write a winning CV.

In 10 years I've taught on an average close to ten thousand students both adult and school children. Most of them are from Bengali/Hindi medium background and some from English medium as well. State Board, ICSE and CBSE. I like to work with weak students. All my students have done well after taking my tuition classes.

I understand where the students used to lag in the school level education. During my session I always try to be friendly with my students to silently know their difficulties in studying better. I not only share my subject knowledge with my students but also try to motivate them for their aim in life.
I take exam time to time and evaluate their progress in study and knowledge. At least once in a week I try to talk with their parents face to face or over phone to convey the status their wards. I never solve a student’s home assignment but only guide and give them proper hints to solve their jobs by their own.

There is an old saying that teaching is a noble profession. In my view it is not only a ‘noble’ profession but also very challenging one. To make understand something properly to another one is very challenging, especially if he/she is a young mind.. It is said that knowledge has no end and I know that I have gathered just a small part of it. I am very much interested in gathering knowledge in every matter and when my subject comes, I feel an urge to know more. This job will help me to be more analytical and my answering capability will also be enriched. Above all these young minds also keep me young and energetic.

I have started giving private tuition soon after I passed class 12.

Teaching approach: I explain the concept along with each sum and then I personally ask the students to create the same type of sum in their mind and then give daily basis example to relate mathematics with their regular life. Student friendly approach helps the child to first get rid of maths phobia.

Why I teach: I love studying and I love to help people enhance their knowledge with the subject. I keep my knowledge enrichment intact with the process . I love to develop the nation.

Teaching journey: It was very good as the parent's are mostly satisfied with my way of clarifying their doubts and I have many students who even after passing out keep contact with me as their favourite teacher.

Student progress: I have taught around 400-500 students. One of them was in class 9. She passed out from APJ and after my facilitating her, she passed out with 80% marks in the subject , where she was very much afraid of Maths.
