Teaching approach: 1. Understand the student well. Approach will be different based on the student's comprehension abilities.
2. For a chapter, first basic will be covered and notes will be given for this chapter.
3. Notes will be the summarization of the chapter including basic, moderate and difficult level questions and answers.
4. All chapters will be covered only with the basic understanding.
5. Now, student will get confident that at least all chapters she/he is aware.
6. Now, again all chapters will be covered based on moderate level.
7. At this stage, chapter wise mock test will be taken.
8. In final, all difficulties will be covered when she/he is completed basic and moderate level.
9. Mock test will be taken on the combined chapters.


10. Students will be encouraged.
11. Interest will be developed based on the knowledge of practical applicability
12. Always student will be given priority and will be listened.

Teaching journey: Student got successfully selected in their respective categories.

Student progress: Teached five students with third division (less than 45% marks) for competetive examination.
Out of 5, 3 are doing job in railways, West Bengal job. One is doing nursing training.
Also there was a batch of polytechnic. All got chances in the college.

Teaching approach: my approach is adapting with the need of the student. i believe in innovating and implementing customised method to facilitate teaching learning. the first thing that i take into account is the need of the student,his/her goals and expectetions. then comes his strength and weakness. all these variables are important to plan a teaching learning method conducive for him/her.

Why I teach: i am passionate about teaching . i believe with my experience i can understand a child and t
his/her needs. i am extremely patient as i am teching in reputed schools for the last 12 years. i believe i can bring a change in the student by making him inquisitive and passionate about the subject.

Teaching approach: I believe a tutor must know his/her students from a-z and navigate one's method of teaching on the basis of student's capability. I prefer to learn my student's strength and weakness and then design my method based on that. I believe one must be patient and hardworking in tutoring a child, and it's important to make the students come out of their shells fearlessly.

Why I teach: Teaching makes me happy, motivates me to work hard. It is like my therapy. It has been 10 years since I have been tutoring and each year, with each new student, I get to learn and that helps me further shaping my personality.

Teaching journey: All the love and respect that I have been receiving since last 10 years from not only the students, but from their parents as well.

Student progress: 1.25. some of them have been there with me since last 5 years.
2. All boards. Students from La Martiniere for Girls, Calcutta Boys' School, Heartley Higher Secondary School etc.
3. They have improved massively. One of my students' couldn't spell properly when he was in class 8, but he scored 80+ in his boards after 2 years.

Teaching approach: I can make topics understandable by real life examples,and derive problems into short easy modules and dry run. With the help of short mock test , my students can get familiar with exam days.

Why I teach: From my college days, I always help my friends to prepare their hard lessons. This motivate me towards tutoring job.

Teaching journey: No such physical achievements, but it's an awesome feeling and great honour to have respect from my students.

Student progress: 8-9 students of Calcutta Boys ( ICSE), Sonarpur Branch, Jyotirmoy Public school (CBSE). They all scored reasonably good result in Computer Science.

Teaching approach: Students forget the lesson which being taught to them but remeber the story of a movie line by line because of saveral reasons but lack of interest is one of them.
A teachers should be a good story teller and the way of teacher must have some intresting element which help student to accquire knowledge and connect with real life expirences.

Why I teach: I don't want to check out my watch at my workstation it can be possible only if I do my passionate job and teaching is my passion.

Teaching journey: I completed my d.el.ed from government organization UMGPTTI.

Student progress: I have taught to 200+ students as private tutor.
None of my students are ranking in the class but I am pretty much sure if you called at midnight and ask about the lesson which being taught by me to them, their explanation will confuse you weather you are interacting with me or them.

Teaching approach: I start from topics the students are comfortable with and move gradually towards more complex areas as their confidence builds. I use questions and examples to check understanding continually. I don't lecture to students or ask them to memorise things. Nor do I do the students' homework for them!

Why I teach: I decided to become a teacher due to several reasons. One, I have a knack for learning new things and when you teach, you often get more lessons than you give.
