Teaching approach: I observe a student's entire body language, talk to him/her, try to understand his/her psychology behind every action. I analyze the mindset and that speaks a lot about a student. I try to understand his/her level of IQ and encourage to pursue the life according to way it will suit them well.

Why I teach: I learn a lot in this job. From the subjects I teach and also from the students. Honourable and dedicated students encourage me in a way that is unimaginable.

Teaching journey: My students' achievements are my achievements. The more they do well, the more I believe in my way of teaching and in my ideologies. I don't believe in taking too much students just for the sake of earning. I believe in delivering quality service and that is why I don't teach more than 2-3 students at once.

Student progress: I have taught a total 5 students from St. Judes School (ICSC), 5 students from International Public School (ICSC), 3 students from Julien Day School (ICSC), 4 students from Auxilium Convent School (ICSC), 6 students from Madhyamgram Girls' High School (WB board) and 3 students from Michaelnagar Shiksha Niketan (WB board). Most of them had a fear towards the science group, specifically Maths and Chemistry. But I have tried to dissuade that fear, enough for them to pursue the subjects bravely till they can achieve their favourite career path.
