Teaching approach: I tend to prioritise one to one interaction in the course of learning . Merit and learning capacity vary among students and appropriate measures are undertaken as per their learning ability. Tests are taken frequently to ensure the student's grip on a chapter. Instructions may be provided by the guardian about any upcoming test in school or any problem the student is facing but instructing the teacher about teaching methods are not entertained.
Why I teach: I am currently pursuing B.ed from Jadavpur University as a stepping stone to build up my career of a teacher. I have been teaching since quite a few years now and is about to take it up as my living. Teaching enables me to stay in touch with academics , impart my views and knowledge of a subject and also get to know the views of the students, thereby enhancing both mine and student's knowledge
Teaching approach: My approach is adapting with the need of the student. i believe in innovating and implementing customised method to facilitate teaching learning. the first thing that i take into account is the need of the student,his/her goals and expectetions. then comes his strength and weakness. All these variables are important to plan a teaching learning method conducive for him/her.

Why I teach: Teaching is a best way to develope a new generation of thinking individuals .As a hobby earlier i have been giving tutorials to kids and elder students too at the neighbourhood community centre . After then only i choosed my profession which gives me oppurtunity to use my time in a more beautiful and enjoyble way.
