Teaching approach: Patience, well planned strategic approach, gaining the student's trust, working on the development of my student in a very swift yet standard way. Above all helping the child get rid of any kind of fear or trouble regarding any subject .I firmly believe, "Teaching is grooming, and grooming a child into a student requires great effort" .No students are bad. Some have love and interest for some specific subjects while others don't. My plan is the "One is to one teaching and moral development methodology".

Why I teach: I want to build as many futures I can. My soul purpose of life is to build and develop the minds of young ones

Teaching journey: I haven't achieved any big milestones as of now, However, till date I can proudly say, I've never been told to discontinue any tuition, rather it's a sad goodbye that I have to bid my students whenever I chose to discontinue due to any reason.
My students are more of children to me, Their good scores and we'll mannerisms are my achievements.

Student progress: I have taught almost 20 + students in my career till date, the number may seem low as i offered one to one classes formerly.
Most of my students were from ICSE and CBSE backgrounds with St Stephen's, Calcutta girls,DPS , Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan Aditya Academy,Auxilium Convent and other notable schools having majority students

My approach varies depending on the student’s needs and learning style. However my teaching philosophy is based on encouraging students to think for themselves, using real-world examples wherever possible.

I was inspired by one of my school teacher for unconventional techniques, and I strive to bring the same passion for innovative ways to learn to my classroom.

Teaching approach: I belive I am very analytical and can explain every topic well which is known to me. If students are interested to learn then, level of intelligence hardly matter. Even I try to duild the interest of my students at my level best in limited time I spent with my students.

Why I teach: By profession I am an Engineer but teaching is my passion and that's why I am continuing as a private tutor more than a decade.

Teaching journey: Number of students of mine doing P.hd and few are in abroad. They acknowledge by contribution when ever I get touch with them. This is the best part of my teaching profession.

Student progress: For last 14 years I am associated with teaching and every year I had 5 nos of students on an average .
I teach all the borad from calss 6 to 10 , however in past I also had number of batch of calss 12 at my place but now a days it is not possible.

Teaching approach: My tutoring approach varies depending on the student's needs and learning style. I usually focus on exam style or past paper questions in order to check and perfect the student's understanding and technique.

Why I teach: I believe passionately in the huge value of tutoring to students and take great satisfaction in seeing my students achieve their full potential and goals in life.

Teaching journey: I would say that my greatest accomplishment was becoming fully aware of how important teaching is and how powerful teachers are, i.e., how much damage we can do psychologically and emotionally if we are not extremely careful to do our jobs well in every regard. Not only I was competent in choosing my field but also I had the desire to transmit my competence and passion to my students without doing damage. My biggest achievement as a teacher was to see my students achieving their goals in life and becoming successful and matured individuals.

Student progress: I have taught around 55 students in each class from Nursery to 5,all subjects in ICSE board and most of the students have done exceptionally well. I have also given both offline and online tuitions to students of Calcutta Girls, Calcutta Boys, Frank Anthony, St. Xavier's, St. Joseph's College, St. Paul's Mission School from class 1 to 7 of both ICSE and CBSE board
