Teaching approach: In my approach to English Literature instruction, I employ a student-centric, multi-modal methodology. I integrate close reading of diverse texts with creative writing exercises to foster deeper engagement and critical thinking. As a B.Ed trainee myself, I find it crucial to encourage my students to explore literary themes and develop their own interpretations. I enhance reading proficiency through a variety of texts and targeted vocabulary development activities. By the end of a session, the student shall be equipped with thorough knowledge in literary analysis, and will be encouraged to further his/her research on the newly learned topic. This shall prepare them for advanced literary studies. My aim is to cultivate a lifelong appreciation for literature and empower students as confident readers and writers.

Why I teach: I am a teacher trainee, currently pursuing a B.Ed. degree from Loreto College, Kolkata. Teaching is my vocation.

Teaching journey: I have only just begun. But I have worked for NGOs, and done social work for children.

Teaching approach: I want to improve students maths skills. Now students want to get a rank at competitive exam like WBJEE,mains, advanced, but there basic concept very very poor. On the other side students use lots of time to get marks at class X. I personally think to get competitive ranks students have to start class 11 syllabus at class X.

Why I teach: I personally wants to teach Maths, because to improve students maths skills. It's a beautiful subject.

Teaching journey: Already 2 students selected at IIT , Mumbai, NIT as well as JU

Teaching approach: My tutoring approach revolves around personalized learning tailored to each student's needs and learning style. Why I teach: I am passionate about teaching because I find great fulfillment in helping others learn and grow. Teaching journey: Throughout my teaching journey, I've had the privilege of helping numerous students achieve their academic goals and excel in their studies. Some of my achievements include consistently receiving positive feedback from students and parents, witnessing significant improvements in students' grades and confidence levels, and being recognized for my innovative teaching methods.

My teaching journey began over 12 years ago when I started providing tuitions alongside my own studies. Since then, I've continuously refined my teaching skills and pedagogical approach through hands-on experience and professional development opportunities.

Student progress: On average, I have taught a diverse range of students, with class sizes varying depending on the subject and grade level. However, I typically have around 10 to 12 students per academic year.

My students come from various schooling backgrounds, including ICSE, CBSE, and West Bengal boards. Regardless of the board they belong to, I tailor my teaching approach to meet the specific curriculum requirements and learning objectives of each board.

Through my teaching, I've consistently helped my students achieve remarkable academic success. They have consistently scored above 80 in their school exams and above 90 in their board exams.

Teaching approach: Friends , topic discuss, problems and queries discuss, test, problem discuss, revision. Drawing, using flow chart, flow diagram, making notes, giving problems, discussion etc.

Why I teach: By heatly do something in giving about information or knowledge and also growing myself at knowledge . Be made some good students.
